The Message Audit™

In The Message Audit™, we gather information to assess the effectiveness of how you are currently communicating your message. Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, we complete an analysis and provide you with an expert assessment of what is working and what is not in your organization.

After completing this step, we will:

• validate where the company’s strengths lie
• provide an objective view of where the company’s inconsistency and weak messaging lies, specifically:
  • is there a message?
  • is the message you are conveying consistent with the value your clients see as the true value you provide
  • is the message delivered with impact  (the messengers)
  • is the message consistent across the organization and across mediums
• provide an objective identification of the value you provide through your clients’ eyes

The insights and information we gather enables us to provide specific recommendations on how to address what is not working, allowing you to take action in correcting the problems.
